Every seat holder attends this track. Maximum 15 per session so everyone gets hands-on time.

Solo owners choose from two options. Option 1 (Recommended): the full $5,000 bundle paid in two installments — $3,000 at signing, $2,000 at 30 days — covering setup, training, and a full year of support. Option 2: $2,500 for setup and training only, with monthly support available at $350/month. Teams are priced as flat-fee implementations with separate training and monthly retainers. The Claude license itself (paid directly to Anthropic) is separate — we help you select and procure the right plan.

Do I need to already have a Claude account?
No. We help you select the right plan and walk you through procurement. If you have an existing account, we work with what you have.
What tools can Claude connect to?
Anthropic’s native connector set includes QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Square, Stripe, Webflow, and others. For tools outside that list — including GoHighLevel — we build custom integrations through Make and MCP. Connector scope is determined during discovery.
How long does implementation take?
For a Solo Owner, typically one week from kickoff to handoff. For a Starter team (5–15 seats), one to two weeks. Growth and Scale engagements run two to four weeks depending on the number of custom workflow builds required.
What if I already have Claude set up?
We audit your current setup during discovery and work with what’s there. If things are configured poorly — wrong plan, missing connectors, no prompt structure — we fix it. You’re only paying for what actually needs to change.
Can we add more seats or upgrade tiers later?
Yes. Claude’s Team plan supports up to 150 seats. If you grow past 75 seats, we help you evaluate whether the Team plan still fits or whether an Enterprise conversation makes sense. Retainer scope adjusts with you.
What does the monthly retainer actually cover?
It covers workflow maintenance, new prompt builds, feature adoption, and access to MetroAnnex as a partner who monitors your system and flags issues before they become problems. It is not a ticketing system — it’s an active management relationship. Details vary by tier.
